About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered counsellor offering sessions in my comfortable and private home therapy room in the Peak District. I offer a friendly, down to earth approach aimed at helping you to improve your quality of life.
Alongside indoor sessions, I offer walk and talk counselling in the Peak District for clients who want to explore the benefits of connecting with nature.
Practice description
My practice is integrative which means I use different approaches to best suit you as an individual. I offer emotional support to help you work through your family and relationship difficulties, work or exam stress, anxiety or depression.
I have a special interest in supporting neurodiverse clients. I have ADHD NMH training and am a member of The National Autistic Society.
My first session
I offer an introductory session at £25 so that we can both decide if we are a good fit. If you feel comfortable to work with me, we will then arrange a time to meet for our first session.
